Check out the media section for some concert video from the spring cd release show. More video coming soon.
Hey everyone, we had such a good time at our Wilson Room Show, we're booking another gig there: November 4th, 2pm, The Wilson Room (Kingston Central Library), Big people are $5, and little people (under 12) are Free!
Heading to Elphin and then Wolfe Island as part of Kyra and Tully this weekend, then in Inverary (opening as Jay, headlining as part of Kyra and Tully), sharing the stage with the awesome Lady Racers on the 14th, and then back in Kingston on the 28 at The Wilson Room in the library. Promises kept. CD is still available online from the merch section, order now and I'll send you a personalized poem of no less than 20 lines. Journal Section has been far more active than this news space, but the balance shall be restored.
Alright, it's been a quiet spring, but behind the scenes, wheels are turning cogs are tightening springs are tensioning wires are lifting loads are gaining speed are sounding alarms and soon, soon, this will be evident to the general public. An opening gig for Kyra and Tully in the town of Inverary is on the horizon, and The Wellington Street Theatre is in our sights too. If you haven't got your copy yet, Songs for my Seaweed Girl is still available in the Merch section, in Kingston at ZAP records, or from Jay, wherever he's hiding.
Uh, so it seems if you used our handy-dandy contact form and bled your heart onto the screen to us, it was sent into a deep dark hole, never to be seen again, along with this awesome stuffed-animal I had when I was a kid named Albert; he was like this wingless bird thing. So, yeah, if you were trying to say, "hi!", give it another go -- Adam swears it's working.
Just head over to the Merch section, click, click, type, type, and we'll ship, ship it to you, you. Alright, that was lame, but the album is rad!
Songs for my Seaweed Girl will be launched next Saturday, March 24th at our full-band cd release show (see shows section for more details). You can get the album at our shows, or at Zap Records on Princess Street -- an awesome downtown indie record shop.
Hey, welcome to our new site. We're launching it in support of our brand new record, Songs for my Seaweed Girl, which will be out very, very soon. Take a look around -- and check back soon for much more content, info, free money, etc. . .
Enjoy!
